Q: What are your working hours?

A: Our office is open from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday- Friday. Our Technicians work within this timeframe and Saturdays if needed also.

 

Q: Is VERTX Façade Maintenance insured?

A: Yes. VERTX Facade Maintenance is sufficiently insured at $10 million dollars in General Liability and Excess Coverage to handle any size project and adequately protect our employee’s and customer’s interests.

Q: Can you work in the rain?

A: If weather conditions are adverse and dangerous, we refrain from working to keep both our employees and customers safe as well as abide with OSHA rules and regulations. This includes heavy rain, strong winds, hail, and snow. We are able to work in heart of the summer but we will always make sure that our rope access plans prove the most efficient by avoiding the sun during specific times of the day by working in different areas of the building.

 

Q: Do you use subcontractors?

A: All of our employees are in-house and personally vetted and screened by us to make sure they are fully trained and with up-to-date protocols and are able to work on properties under the right coverage and insurance.
